Sigrid Tschiedl: “Backstage Gossip” is a look behind the scenes of the stage and of business. Most people care about visibility. For me, it’s also about permission, that you allow yourself to bring things onto your own business stage and to develop your own roles, your attitudes and to make your values visible.
Any means will do for me: Be it body language, staging, or storytelling. I need that in every context. The moment I want to create an impact, I have an audience, and I want to reach them.
Anna Stiefsohn: There are so many possibilities, so many opportunities on social media platforms.
Birgit Rabl: With me, you learn not only to manage projects, but also to make them come alive.
Karin König-Gassner: Consciously shaping the employee journey, that’s something I can help you with.
Raphaela Ehrenhofer: Together we can work on the emotions that block you when you don’t integrate them.
Andrea Knoll-Nechutny: You may learn to say “no” again when you feel it, to express your needs and simply to live a life on your own terms.
Jacqline D’arc: I have the necessary tools for that, so that you can shine and sparkle, no matter on which stage you stand.
Participant: These are such interesting workshops that I’ve already attended.
Participant: I am absolutely thrilled. So many female specialists in so many different fields.
Participant: A successful event.
Participant: I’m totally inspired and already looking forward to applying much of what I’ve learned.
Participant: Great event. I hope there will be another one next year.
Participant: And everything I was able to rehearse today, I will definitely take home with me and try again to integrate it into the business world.
Sigrid Tschiedl: I have a few mottos: Doing is like wanting, only better. More expression creates more impression. For impact, presence is always crucial. And presence means nothing other than “Me, now, here”.
On November 12, 2025, Impact Hub Vienna transformed into a vibrant training space for anyone wanting to be more visible, expressive, and personal in business.
The day began with a joint prologue over coffee and networking, followed by inspiring keynotes, practical workshops, and coaching sessions. The focus was on topics such as compelling pitches and presentations, personal branding, role and values development, as well as mental strength and emotional intelligence in business.
In the afternoon, participants had a choice: Did they want to work on their storytelling skills, refine their presentation, or strengthen their leadership? Individually selectable sessions provided real-world knowledge — no theoretical fluff, but tools that deliver immediate results.
The day concluded with a powerful finale, including a wrap-up session and opportunities to meet stage professionals: the perfect ending to a day full of inspiration and growth.
