DREHSTROM Christian Hörlesberger Filmproduktion digitized about 30 hours of old video footage from VHS-cassettes for the INSTITUTE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW CARDIAC SURGERY TECHNIQUES of the Karl Landsteiner Society.
On 14th of November 2016 the animated music video "PLEASE REPORT ANYTHING AUSPICIOUS TO A MEMBER OF STAFF" for the London band "PISTOLS AT DAWN" was released.
The video gets along without any edits. An animated cartoon version of Nigel Farage, former leader of the UKIP, walks along a road. He spreads empty promises; then he starts to sing the song. Gradually cartoon versions of the right-wing populists Heinz-Christian Strache, Marine Le Pen, Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin join. They sing the choruses together. During the video the environment gets darker and monotonously. At the end we find ourselves in a war zone.
Christian Hörlesberger did the camera work and edited the music video "Sadeyed Man" by "Morgen es wird schön". Director and producer: Philip Morawietz.
The video was filmed in the Algerian barber's shop "Chez Fethi" in Vienna.
Christian Hörlesberger made the authoring of the DVD of the Kurdish composer & musician Dalshad Said with his works "Peshmerga" & "Shingal" by order of the RUDAW media network.
Although the DVD format has expansive limitations the production laid a high value on image- & sound-quality. A special challenge were 8 subtitle tracks with the Arabic and Farsi languages amongst others.
Christian Hörlesberger edited the TV documentaries “Menschen und Mächte - Ungleiche Geschwister” about the relationship of Austria and Germany and "Bevor ich vergess' Ihnen zu erzählen ..." about life and career of the actor Fritz Muliar.
Both documentaries were broadcasted by the Austrian Broadcast Corporation ORF in early December 2014.
At the beginning of May Post-Its were given away at an event in a Cinema in Vienna.
Also a movie-tickets were raffled. The event was filmed: Katharina Kämpfer from Netzkino directed the film, Christian Hörlesberger contributed to this project by operating the camera.
The first music video "VIRUS” for the US Rock musician Omar Bowing was designed, directed and produced by Christian Hörlesberger in April 2014.
It describes a microscopical journey through the bloodstream. Healthy cells get attacked by a killer virus. Keywords of the song appear on this rapid tour; they are embedded in the 3d animation, and they also get infected by the virus.

In Istanbul a short video is filmed for Red Bull with the basketball star Ilkan Karaman. He competes in basketball against his best friend on the Playstation. The loser has to jump into the cold pool.
The video was released for viral marketing on social media. Christian Hörlesberger supported the production - Christoph Hopf and Frameworld Films - with equipment and sound mixing.
The top 10 reasons for advanced university education are presented in the image film “10 reasons”. The camera moves continuously from one scene to the next - apparently without editing. Every second of the film was planed accurately; the film was shot on 3 days in September - directed by Christian Hörlesberger. Then the scenes were edited together in a laborious post-production to arouse the illusion of one tracking shot through the whole film.
